MSD’s Supplier Diversity department is reaching out to MBEs and WBEs to inform you that the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) posted a RFP for the construction of 2417 Crystal Springs Place Bank Repair Project (2019-016).
Please Note: All MBE and WBE contractors are encouraged to bid on this project as a Prime.
The Supplier Diversity Interim Policy requirements for minority and woman owned business (M/WBE) participation are not applicable for this project. Submission of the Construction Related MBE/WBE documents and forms are not required with the bid documents.
Specifications (see bid notification for complete list of specifications):
- Scope of Work: This unit base construction order is for the boulder wall installation along the rear property of 2417 Crystal Springs Place. This Contract provides for 60 linear feet (LF) of boulder wall installation, with stone placement, tree and brush removal, fill dirt, topsoil installation, and driveway replacement.
The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Joseph Exely. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD’s Procurement Buyer Tamika Davis at tamika.davis@louisvillemsd.org. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All inquiries and questions between the bid opening and the contract awarding shall be directed, in writing, to MSD’s Chief Engineer, Angela Akridge, P.E.
