The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (“IHCDA”) is requesting proposals from one or more organizations to plan, coordinate, and deliver training services to Community Action Agencies, which are typically not-for-profits with a special designation from the Governor of the State of Indiana and are involved in providing social services. Training services should provide knowledge related to the following topics: service delivery, innovation for staff, leadership development and capacity building for Community Action Agencies. Eligible respondents include for-profit and not-for-profit corporations in good standing with IHCDA, the state of Indiana, and the federal government.
