MSD’s Supplier Diversity department is reaching out to MBEs and WBEs to inform you that the Louisville and Jefferson County (KY) Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) posted a RFP for CMF Roof Areas “E” & “F” Replacement project (#16031).
- Scope of work: This lump sum construction order is for the removal and replacement of roof “E” & “F” and its appurtenances of the Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) located at 3050 Commerce Center Place.
- Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at MSD’s CMF, 3050 Commerce Center Place, Louisville, KY at 10:00 a.m. local time on, Thursday, July 19, 2018.
- All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD’s Project Manager, Joseph Exely, email: joseph.exely@louisvillemsd.org. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All inquiries and questions between the bid opening and the contract awarding shall be directed, in writing, to MSD’s Chief Engineer, Angela Akridge, P.E.
