The Supplier Diversity department of the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is reaching out to MBEs and WBEs to inform you that an RFP has been posted for Commercial Cleaning, Vacuum, and Waterblasting (#20-0326).
Specifications (see bid notification for a complete list of specifications):
- Purpose – MSD seeks a qualified contractor(s) to provide Commercial Vacuum/Pumping and Waterblasting Services to all MSD sites as required for operations.
- Pre-Award Contact: Except as may otherwise be provided under Special Provisions, prospective bidders shall have contact with MSD only through Teresa Burton, Senior Buyer, at (502) 540-6325, via email teresa.burton@louisvillemsd.org.
- Submittal of Questions: If any person contemplating the submission of a Proposal for the work is in doubt of the true meaning of any part of the Contract Document, a written request for an interpretation shall be submitted to Teresa Burton at the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, 700 W. Liberty Street, Louisville, KY 40203 or by email at teresa.burton@louisvillemsd.org , no later than 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Bidders are not to call the Purchasing Department for inquiries. Questions received after the submission deadline will not be answered. Questions will be answered by Addenda only. The person making the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
