We are pleased to announce that Daryle L. Johnson will be joining the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council as Program Director for the Accelerate 100+ (A100+) program.
The A100+ program’s mission is to increase economic access for diverse businesses by providing professional development, best practices, and access that meets each participant’s individual needs. Accelerate 100+ is a twelve-month program that results in greater access to education, capital, contract opportunities, new business, and support services. This includes focusing on diverse businesses, leading them through research and business conception to business implementation and sustainability, education and training – culminating with the issuance of a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from an accredited college/university. The program will formally launch later this year.
Daryle has more than 20 years of strategic business creation, growth, ownership, and advisory roles. He has spent most of his business years either as a diverse business owner, coaching diverse businesses, or serving in a strategic growth capacity. Having worked for the Mid-States MSDC in the past as a Program Manager, he is acutely aware of the needs and challenges facing diverse business owners today. Daryle’s experience has led him to believe, success is a process, and he intends to leverage this belief to the success of the A100+ program. Daryle has business strategy knowledge around Startups, Business Models, Research and Analysis, Go-To-Market Strategy, Sales Process Design, Business Scaling, and Business Valuations. He also has industry experience in Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence, Application Development, IoT, and Cloud Solutions.
Daryle’s first day with the Council will be April 5, 2021.
