Lamps: Philips or comparable lamp mfg. specs.
Ballasts: Advance or comparable ballast mfg. specs.
1-3 day delivery on lamps / 1-3 day delivery on ballasts.
NO delivery fees.
Vendor must use attached bid form spreadsheet in order for bid to be valid.
