The National Minority Supplier Development Council recently launched its online certification and re-certification platform called NMSDC Central. Effectively immediately, NMSDC paper MBE certification and re-certification applications cannot be accepted. All applications require the use of a username and password.

Regular processing of certification applications may take up to 60 business days (90 calendar days) from when Mid-States MSDC has determined the application is complete. Expedited processing takes place within 25 business days (about 40 calendar days) from when Mid-States MSDC has determined the application is complete. (i.e. everything required on the application has been submitted and the site visit can be scheduled).
