The Supplier Diversity department of the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) is reaching out to MBEs and WBEs to inform you that a RFP has been posted for Safety Supplies & Equipment—Coveralls, Rain Gear, and Vests (#17-1219.
Specifications (see bid notification for complete list of specifications):
- Scope of Work – This contract is to provide Safety Supplies and Equipment of Coveralls, Rain Suits, and Vests which will be delivered to the various MSD locations. A list of locations will be provided upon award of this contract.
- Pre-Award Contact – Except as may otherwise be provided under Special Provisions, prospective bidders shall have contact with MSD only through Kevin Schmidt, Buyer I at 502-540-6363, email kevin.schmidt@louisvillemsd.org or Mary Kirchner, Procurement Supervisor, email mary.kirchner@louisvillemsd.org , 502-540-6155, at 700 West Liberty Street, Louisville, KY 40203.
- Submittal of Questions – If any person contemplating the submission of a Proposal for the work is in doubt of the true meaning of any part of the Contract Document, a written request for an interpretation shall be submitted to Denover Whalen, at the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, 700 W. Liberty Street, Louisville, KY 40203 or by email at kevin.schmidt@louisvillemsd.org no later than 10:00 a.m. on December 12, 2017. Questions received after that date may not be answered. Questions will be answered by Addenda. The person making the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery.
